PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and details are accurate. However, as honey is a natural product, variations in colour, texture, flavour, and crystallisation may occur depending on season, floral source, and batch. These natural variations do not constitute defects.
ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Placing an order through our website does not constitute a binding contract.
All orders are subject to manual review and acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including where fulfilment or delivery is not possible.
A contract is only formed once we confirm the order, including shipping costs, and receive payment.

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice. Prices shown do not include shipping costs unless explicitly stated.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Due to the fragile nature of our products, all orders are manually reviewed before shipping.

- calculate shipping costs after the order is placed
- decline orders where delivery is impractical, unsafe, or disproportionately expensive

If you choose not to proceed after being notified of shipping costs, the order will be cancelled with no obligation.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened honey products.
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:
- unused and unopened
- in original condition and packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence. We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
RIGHT TO CANCEL
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. This right does not apply to sealed food products once opened.
ALLERGIES AND CONSUMPTION
Honey is a natural product and may contain pollen and other naturally occurring substances.
- Not suitable for infants under 12 months
- Individuals with allergies to pollen, bee products, or related substances should exercise caution
- If you have known allergies, consult a medical professional before consumption
We accept no liability for allergic reactions where appropriate caution has not been exercised.
STORAGE AND USE
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Crystallisation is a natural process and does not affect the quality or safety of the product. Honey can be gently warmed to restore a liquid consistency.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot be excluded under UK law.
PRIVACY
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.
Any personal information you provide will be used solely for the purpose of processing, managing, and fulfilling your order, as well as communicating with you about your purchase.
